杭州真彩包裝制品有限公司為大家解說我們常見彩色印刷中怎么安排彩色排序，讓印刷效果更好，一般我們會根據如下幾個點來處理： 1.根據原稿內容和特點安排色序。印刷是表現版面圖文設計的一個手段,而且,各個色彩體現的感情成分也不同。因此色序的安排必須首先考慮原稿內容和特點。編輯在設計圖文版式時,往往已選擇好版面色彩的基調。這個基調就是代表整個色調的總體感覺,成為印刷時支配性的顏色。從色性而言,以紅、橙、黃為基調的稱為暖色調;以綠、藍為基調的稱為冷色調。由于油墨具有遮蓋力的原因,一般以暖調為主的先印黑、青,后印品紅、黃;以冷調為主的先印品紅,后印青色。誰都希望熟透了的西瓜瓤是紅色的,不愿意看到印刷品所表現的呈偏紫、偏綠。色序不同,色偏效果也不同。故此,畫面色彩氣氛需要加強的顏色,可以放在最后一色印刷。 2.按油墨的透明度來安排色序。透明度好的油墨,兩色相疊印后,下面墨層的色光能透過上面的墨層,達到較好的減色混合,顯示出正確的新色彩。如果所用黃墨是透明黃,四種油墨透明度順序是:黃>品紅>青>黑。一般來講,透明度差的油墨先印,透明度好的油墨后印。 3.從利于套印來安排色序。由于紙張變形伸縮等客觀存在的缺陷,我們可以把套印要求比較高的印品的主要顏色安排在相鄰兩個色組印刷。如雙色機,可安排在同一機組一次印刷完成,避免由于紙張存在引起的紙張伸縮等問題。大面積的實地,可以安排后印,避免在紙張交接過程中產生蹭臟等問題。另外,單色機是在第一色“干”后再疊印第二色,而多色機是“濕壓濕”的過程,因此應控制好油墨的粘度和下墨量。即安排粘度大的油墨先印,粘度小的油墨后印,這是至關重要的,否則會造成逆套印的弊病。 4.考慮紙張性質安排色序。質量差的紙張,考慮其白度、平滑度低,纖維松散,吸墨性差,易掉粉掉毛,可以先印黃墨打底,以彌補紙張的上述缺陷。在夜間印刷時,由于人眼的辨認力原因,明度低的弱色墨不宜安排在第一色印刷。油墨的明度順序分別是:白<黃<橙<綠<青<紅<藍<紫。 5.考慮制版等工序因素。在印刷時相鄰兩色組的網線角度相差至少30°,有利于防止色偏和龜紋等弊病。 6.根據成本考慮色序排列。便宜的黑、青墨先印,價格高的品紅、黃墨后印。一般大面積風景為主導的畫面(冷調為基調),以黑、品紅、青、黃為色序。安排黑色先印,黑色用來勾繪輪廓,便于其余各色套印。透明黃最后印,可以用來調整整個畫面的明亮度,形成有光澤、鮮艷的色彩。一般以人物為主導的畫面(暖調),采用黑、青、品紅、黃色序。透明度差的油墨先印,不會遮蓋其它顏色。品紅、黃后印,使人物面部紅潤,色彩豐富,效果逼真。彩印,是技術與藝術相結合的工藝。我們在安排印刷色序的時候,適當地從藝術角度考慮,可以使印刷品更具藝術感染力,滿足讀者需要。

The order of brightness of ink is white < yellow < orange < green < green < red < blue < purple. 5. Consider process factors such as plate making. Consider color order according to cost. Cheap black and blue ink first printing, high price magenta and yellow ink later printing.
